Construction Phase Update Scheduling Review is a day-long training session that addresses how to review CPM schedules for the periodic updates. The update project schedule is the primary communication tool on the project, and review and approval is the Owner’s opportunity to ensure a quality schedule that will serve to monitor performance and as the benchmark for analysis of delay, trending and completion predictions. Attendees will learn how CMAA's Standards of Practice support good time management processes.
